The Fighting Business

So I have decided but knew all along that in one way or the other the fitness business is what I love doing. There could be a very real chance of me getting a sub lease from a private- training only gym. This has been a year of planning and working my ass off for this chance. So I am trying to think of how to make my dream happen and I have come down to one simple idea: just make it happen!!!! It takes two things to make a business run, money and people. I have the people but money is the other missing tool. My plan is to come up with as much as I can and see what the owner will do. Over a year ago I told myself that I would be working for myself one day and that day soon may be here.

Tami=50 double unders,12 x 3min rd w/30 sec break for time

Annie B= 1000 meter row 50 push ups and 50 crunches x 5 for time

K B Brogan=500 squats, 400 sit ups, 300 push ups 200 lunges, 100 jump ropes for time

Amanda= 1600 meters run then 160 jump ropes then 800 meters then 80 jump ropes then 400 meters then 40 jump ropes and then finally 100 kicks for time

Roxanne= 3 rounds boxing 3 min 30 sec rest, 1000 meter row , 50 squats 40 pull ups, 30 push ups, 20 jumping jacks , 10 burbies

Skinny B=100 crunches, 50 squats, 25 push ups, 25 pull ups, 50 lunges, 100 leg lifts x 2 for time
